Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Germany, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within Haleon. As a key member of our DACH Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and other teams, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and providing expert advice on talent acquisition best practices.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our hiring managers to identify and attract top talent, develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans, and provide regular reporting and analysis to ensure optimal candidate experience and business outcomes.
RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including negotiation and stakeholder management;
- Deep knowledge of active sourcing and a desire to further develop your skills;
- Fundamental knowledge of German labor law, particularly collective bargaining agreements and works councils;
- Fluent German and English language skills, with optional French proficiency;
