Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to support our recruitment initiatives throughout the organization and drive efficient and effective talent acquisition processes. This role will be responsible for assisting the EMEA region with the development, improvement, and rollout of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition activities and systems.
About the Role:
- Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of recruitment strategies, plans, objectives, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to automate processes and systems to eliminate or reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and work closely with them to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
- Work with hiring managers to determine core responsibilities of new positions and evaluate existing positions for any changes or additions to ensure alignment with the recruitment plan, processes, and strategies.
- Proactively develop the applicant pool for potential needs based on past precedent and forecasted business needs and market conditions.
- Establish and maintain CSA Group's recruitment networking through professional associations and industry contacts.
- Work with hiring managers and HR staff to calibrate candidates and refine sourcing plans as necessary.
- Support the company's succession planning process by identifying trends and opportunities.
- Assist hiring managers in sourcing and screening qualified candidates using multiple channels, including target companies, universities, professional associations, industry meetings, diversity organizations, job fairs, internet, and employee referrals.
- Participate in networking events, attend job fairs, and off-site recruitment programs to obtain a strong pool of candidates and effectively meet hiring needs.
- Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process and candidate experience for assigned regions, working with other CSA Group staff to ensure support and consistency with the global recruitment process.
- Serve as the Center of Excellence (COE) for Offer Letters and new hire documentation, creating processes and templates for HR staff to use.
- Participate in various stages of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, posting, creating advertisements, working with hiring managers to prepare for interviews, preparing staffing reports and metrics, using ATS systems to filter and streamline, candidate assessments, administering tests if applicable, preparing offer letters, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate and manage global Talent Acquisition systems, such as the Hogan Assessment site, Background Verifications, and Exit interview processes.
- Coordinate and manage job postings on external sites (LinkedIn, etc.) and internal sites (e.g., Communities of Interest), working with vendors to provide CSA Group staff training on systems.
- Provide regular updates to the Director, Talent Acquisition, on recruiting and candidate status, ensuring timely follow-up with internal management and candidates.
- Work with Marketing to coordinate online and company websites for recruitment, including an Applicant Tracking System, social media, and CSA Group as an employer of choice.
- Assist with developing, coordinating, and delivering recruitment-related training.
- New hire onboarding and orientation – assist in developing and implementing new hire onboarding and orientation, coordinating with managers to prepare for new staff arrivals and participating in orientation where required.
- Support aligning the overall talent acquisition strategies and framework with the company structure, direction, and goals.
- Prepare reports and metrics as required.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business or Human Resources.
- HR or Talent Acquisition designation highly desirable.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources role with exposure to Talent Acquisition sourcing and coordination.

- Ability to work independently and as a team with varying levels of supervision and quickly assimilate to new technology and build solutions to meet business needs.
- Internet-savvy with experience mining online databases preferred.
Estimated Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
