About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our end-to-end recruitment process across Europe. As Senior Lead, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in shaping Personio's business functions with a specific focus on recruiting top sales and marketing talent.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our TA strategy aligned with Personio's growth objectives, emphasizing Sales & Partnerships and Marketing departments.
  • Grow, lead, and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers while being a key partner to other leaders in TA.
  • Strengthen our employer branding strategy to make Personio a known brand across Europe.
  • Oversee day-to-day recruitment for our Sales & Partnerships and Marketing teams across Europe, partnering with internal teams to drive process improvements and scalable solutions.
  • Partner closely with Sales & Partnerships and Marketing leaders to help achieve their hiring goals.
  • Establish and monitor team metrics and individual KPIs to elevate our hiring efforts, track and report on key hiring activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends across Europe, surfacing relevant insights for our leadership teams.
  • Implement initiatives to promote D&I within our recruiting process, partnering with our internal communities and D&I team.

Your Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition with people leadership scope, supporting Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Experience supporting the DACH market is required.
  • Proven success leading scaling and leading teams, driving high performance growth and development.
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing roles, competencies, and market trends.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with and influence all levels of business leaders.
  • Ability to utilize data effectively to drive performance and influence change across the TA landscape.

  • A competitive salary package, including a base salary of around 120,000 EUR per year, dependent on location and experience.
