Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager Central

Essity is a leading global hygiene and healthcare company, committed to improving the quality of life through high-quality hygiene and healthcare solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to lead our Bathroom Tissue (BRT) business in Central and Eastern Europe.

Your Role:
  • Develop and implement brand strategies, marketing plans, and activities to grow market shares of leading brands in the BRT category across the Central and East region.
  • Participate and/or lead regional and/or European BRT projects, overseeing regional product launch processes according to agreed plans and within assigned budget.
  • Contribute to the global brand development work and support the Regional Marketing Director in representing the region on European level.
  • Manage assigned category A&P budget, allocating it across the region and to different marketing activities.
  • Support the development and/or adaptation of brand marketing communication materials across channels and products.
  • Lead, direct, and develop your own team, ensuring they have the right market/brand/product knowledge.
You Identify Yourself With:
  • Minimum years of work experience in a senior Marketing role in branded Top FMCG Marketing, with relevant experience in managing multiple brands across geographies.
  • Strong strategic, analytical skills, and a holistic thinker with proven ability in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive the P&L and deliver market share growth results.
  • Outstanding brand development and Marketing mix skills, including strong digital experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively to various stakeholders, with a keen sense for consumer and customer needs.
