Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals in a territory, driving revenue growth and advancing the company's business interests. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and execute sales plans, manage sales teams, and build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet revenue goals and quotas.
  • Manage and coach sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and improve sales results.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to improve sales skills and performance.
  • Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve sales results.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a technology-related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success, including achievement of sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and inform sales strategies to improve sales results.
  • Strong business acumen, with understanding of sales processes, sales metrics, and sales technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales team lead experience, preferably in a technology-related field.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.

Travel:

  • 25% travel required, with occasional overnight stays.
