About the RoleWe are seeking key account consulting anchors who can lead sales, delivery, and proposition development, with experience in areas such as commercial development, leadership, innovation, sales, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in commercial development, leadership experience, and the ability to create and define innovative solutions for clients.
- Proven ability to command a presence with senior executives, both internally and externally, with a strong ambition to exceed targets and expectations.
- Previous leadership experience within a services organization, mentoring and guiding teams of consultants, as well as indirect and matrixed teams, to harness talent and deliver client satisfaction.
- Strong sales ability and closing skills at executive and board levels, with a proven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services.
- Strong networks, relationships, and involvement in relevant activities, industry conferences, forums, thought leadership articles, etc.
- Ability to operate and excel in a changing and dynamic environment, with strong presentation skills and the ability to represent complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to lead by example and roll up their sleeves, inspiring leadership style with a proven ability to inspire direct and indirect internal teams, as well as clients.
- Passionate about disruptive innovation and transformational ideas, with mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels.
