Central EMEA Demand Generation Manager

AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch) is seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our Central EMEA team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of AWS services in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Demand Generation Managers and ICs in prospecting for new business and acquiring new customers in a diverse customer base.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy an outbound plan to optimize prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value.
- Develop and execute targeted outbound activity to drive sales growth and adoption of AWS services.
- Manage the monthly/quarterly business reporting to senior leadership and analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations.
- Coach and develop a team of Demand Generation Reps and manage Sales Compensation scheme.
- Develop relationships and work with marketing, sales, partner, sales operations, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases.
