AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch) - H13 is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Sales Professional to join our Central Sales team in SMB Alps, AGS EMEA. As a Cloud Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

As a Cloud Sales Professional at AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch) - H13, you will use your sales and technical experience to work proactively with our customers to accelerate their journey to the cloud.

In this full sales-cycle quota carrying role, you will leverage internal resources to engage with our customers to execute their strategic objectives in order to adapt to changing market trends.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the segment Manager to help defining business strategy for customers
  • Identify new opportunities to drive business expansion in a defined territory
  • Develop and execute against a named account plan, meet and exceed your targets
  • Manage numerous accounts concurrently and strategically
  • Effectively manage a high volume of inquiries from new and existing customers
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of technology related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience.
  • BA/BS degree required. Masters or MBA a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English AND German required.
