About the Role:

This is a critical position within M&G's institutional sales team, responsible for managing and originating institutional client and prospect relationships in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the German institutional market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their investment needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product and fund management teams, to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to ensure M&G remains competitive in the market.
  • Contribute to the development of M&G's institutional sales strategy and business plan.
  • Work closely with the regional leadership team to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in institutional sales, with a strong understanding of the German market and its key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
