Job Title: Junior Sales Germany

At Tikehau Investment Management, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Germany to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the distribution of our closed-end and open-ended funds to institutional, wholesale clients, and family offices in Germany and Austria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of private debt, private equity, real estate, and public markets to effectively communicate our investment opportunities to clients.
  • Distribute our Tikehau products (debt, equity, and real estate) to institutional and wholesale clients, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Enhance and expand relationships with current investors, working closely with our sales team in Frankfurt to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop new clients in line with our strategic objectives, leveraging your knowledge of the German market and our investment products.
  • Organize and participate in roadshows and events, collaborating with our portfolio managers in London and Paris to showcase our investment capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of our investment products, providing market feedback and insights to our portfolio managers.
  • Raise awareness of Tikehau Capital and its investment offerings among our target audience.
Requirements:
  • Excellent academic background in business or engineering from a reputable university.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial services or sales, preferably within an asset management company.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactivity, adaptability, and reliability.
  • Dynamic, result-oriented, and team-playing mindset with high-level standing and above-average personal maturity.
  • Fluency in German and English, with French being a plus.
