We're seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Director for Real Assets to join our team. As a key player in our sales organization, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and acquiring new institutional clients and asset managers, both nationally and internationally
  • Developing and executing a targeted client acquisition strategy
  • Conceptualizing and delivering sales presentations and workshops to showcase our capabilities
  • Negotiating offers, agreements, and conditions with clients
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform our sales approach
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to design and execute targeted events and campaigns
  • Maintaining and expanding our network of business partners

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the investment fund industry, with a strong understanding of market practices and AI products
  • Completed studies in economics or a related field, with a focus on asset management
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure
  • A self-starter mentality with a problem-solving approach
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills to navigate complex sales environments
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high degree of independence and self-motivation
  • Strong willingness to travel nationally and internationally
