Join Our Mission at Doctolib

Doctolib is seeking to enhance its team with a Client Success Specialist (x/f/m). In this role, you will focus on ensuring the long-term satisfaction of our existing clients, thereby advancing the digital transformation in healthcare. Utilizing tools and analytics, you will assist our clients in optimizing their calendar settings to achieve outstanding performance. You will be a true product expert, playing a crucial role in the success of our clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will manage our existing clients within the small to medium-sized business sector (SMB).
  • You will identify areas for improvement and actively collaborate with our product team to make necessary adjustments that align with our clients' needs and shared objectives.
  • You will conduct regular audits for optimization and provide additional training for product adoption, ensuring an exceptional product experience.
  • You will create digital content (e.g., short product videos/webinars) and significantly contribute to our customer education initiatives.
  • You will leverage your expertise to support the team in achieving its goals.
  • You will excel in maintaining and enhancing qualitative and quantitative metrics (client satisfaction, timely implementation, etc.).

Your Profile

To become part of our team, you should possess the following:

  • A completed degree or training in a relevant field (Healthcare Management, Health Economics, Business Administration, etc.).
  • Initial experience in customer support, account management, sales, project management, or client success.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a highly structured and analytical approach to work.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a passion for eHealth.
  • Fluency in German at a native level and good English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.

Additional Qualifications We Value

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
