Role Overview

The Client Success Specialists (CSS) will be pivotal in ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service throughout their engagement with our solutions. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities focused on driving program success and enhancing client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and outstanding communication abilities. Ultimately, the CSS will be accountable for monitoring client health and retention metrics.

Core Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner throughout their journey. Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement compliance initiatives tailored to client needs; Proactively manage client relationships, maximizing the value derived from their subscriptions to ensure sustained revenue growth. Oversee a designated portfolio of clients, tracking overall satisfaction and performance indicators. Facilitate strategic planning discussions with clients, including comprehensive business reviews: Align solutions to meet specific client challenges, enhancing value and promoting product utilization; Conduct program assessments to understand client needs, progress, and future steps, ensuring proactive support. Analyze outcomes and responsiveness to identify further opportunities for enhancement in collaboration with internal teams. Define client objectives and success criteria, ensuring optimal product setup during onboarding and conducting regular check-ins with clients. Collaborate with the Sales team to manage renewals effectively and achieve retention goals. Engage in special initiatives aimed at refining client success processes. Mentor new team members as needed. Coordinate user access within our platform with the Operations team. Advocate for client success by collaborating with various internal departments to foster growth and generate strong client testimonials. Possess a foundational understanding of regulatory frameworks to guide clients effectively; Work alongside Product Management to identify and implement enhancements to our offerings and processes. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications within our CRM system. Adhere to corporate security protocols and follow established guidelines.

Desired Qualifications

Proficient verbal and written communication skills in German, with the ability to convey information clearly and diplomatically; additional language skills are a plus; At least 3 years of relevant experience in client success, project management, or consulting, or a related field; Familiarity with consultative client management and/or project oversight roles; Experience in a technology/SaaS or Professional Services environment is advantageous; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to utilize pivot tables and lookup functions for data analysis;
