We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance our international operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesIndustry Insight
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the linear infrastructure planning landscape, focusing on the siting and permitting of powerlines through collaboration with our team and proactive customer engagement.
- Attend industry events to connect with clients and prospects, gathering insights into their requirements.
- Formulate and execute a proactive customer engagement strategy to maintain ongoing communication with clients.
Customer Service Excellence
- Oversee the implementation of software solutions for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Conduct regular training sessions and keep clients informed about new product functionalities.
- Facilitate workshops aimed at exploring use cases and best practices, working closely with the technical team to address specific client challenges.
- Organize customer-focused events to promote community engagement and knowledge sharing.
- Identify client needs and articulate how our solutions can be integrated into their existing processes and IT systems.
- Act as an advocate for clients, resolving issues in collaboration with our product development team.
- Bridge communication between the Sales Team, clients, and the product development team.
- Encourage ongoing engagement with Gilytics products among clients.
Team Collaboration
- Manage and prioritize client requests, working closely with the product development team.
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit by taking initiative within the team and with clients, proposing new strategies and approaches.
- Recognize opportunities for additional sales, including upselling licenses based on evolving client needs, and ensure subscription renewals.
- Enhance the customer support process for efficient inquiry handling and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Assist in defining, developing, and measuring customer success metrics.
- Support the Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure timely and effective product-related communication with clients.
- Travel as necessary to collaborate with the team.
Essential Skills
- Master's degree in geoinformatics, environmental engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in land management and spatial planning of energy infrastructure utilizing GIS.
- Over 5 years of professional experience in international B2B customer relationship management or product management.
- Proven expertise in project management, requirements analysis, and business process mapping.
- Cultural awareness and experience in diverse, cross-cultural environments.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- Highly motivated to learn new technologies and work within the energy sector.
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Fluency in German (native proficiency) and English (proficient); additional languages are advantageous.
