Wir suchen nach einem talentierten Client Success Specialist, der unser engagiertes Team verstärkt und dazu beiträgt, unsere Softwarelösungen erfolgreich in den Betrieben unserer Kunden zu implementieren.
Über ToolTime
Seit unserer Gründung haben wir es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, die Büroarbeit in Handwerksbetrieben zu digitalisieren. Unsere Software unterstützt Handwerker dabei, ihre administrativen Aufgaben effizient zu erledigen, was zu einer erheblichen Zeit- und Kostenersparnis führt. Unser Team besteht aus über 80 motivierten Fachkräften, die gemeinsam daran arbeiten, die Arbeitsabläufe unserer Kunden zu optimieren. Mit einem soliden finanziellen Hintergrund, einschließlich über 55 Millionen Euro an Investitionen, sind wir sowohl im DACH-Raum als auch im britischen Markt aktiv.
Deine Aufgaben- Onboarding-Experte: Du hilfst unseren Kunden, mühelos in unsere Software einzusteigen und bist ihr persönlicher Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen und Anliegen.
- Teamplayer: Als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und internen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Produktentwicklung und Technik bringst du die Perspektive unserer Kunden ins Unternehmen ein.
- Kundenbegleiter: Du begleitest unsere Kunden von der ersten Phase bis hin zu neuen Produktfunktionen und Up- sowie Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten. Dabei baust du langfristige Beziehungen auf und unterstützt sie bei der Erreichung ihrer Ziele.
- Prozessoptimierer: Mit deinem Engagement hilfst du uns, Abläufe und Werkzeuge zu verbessern, um unseren Kunden ein nahtloses Nutzungserlebnis zu bieten.
- Feedback-Analyst: Du nimmst das Feedback unserer Kunden ernst, zeigst Empathie und findest zügig passende Lösungen, um ihre Zufriedenheit sicherzustellen.
Du bringst idealerweise Folgendes mit:
- B2B & SaaS-Erfahrung: Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich B2B und SaaS Customer Success gesammelt und fühlst dich in diesem Umfeld wohl.
- Prozess- und Zielorientierung: Du weißt, wie man Abläufe verbessert und vereinfacht, um die besten Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
- Empathie: Du hast ein Gespür für Kommunikation und kannst leicht eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung zu potenziellen Kunden aufbauen. Dein Einfühlungsvermögen hilft dir, die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zu verstehen.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Mit deinen Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen auf muttersprachlichem Niveau kannst du unsere Kunden im DACH-Raum und im britischen Markt optimal betreuen.
