We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to become an integral part of our expanding international team.

Key Responsibilities

Understand Our Industry Role

  • Gain insights into the market and the challenges associated with linear infrastructure planning, particularly in the siting and permitting of power lines, through collaboration with the Gilytics team and proactive customer engagement.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to connect with customers and prospects, gaining a deeper understanding of their needs.
  • Develop and execute a proactive customer engagement strategy to maintain an ongoing dialogue with clients.

Serve Our Clients Effectively

  • Plan and implement software rollouts for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and provide updates on new product features to clients.
  • Organize workshops focused on use cases and best practices, collaborating with the technical team to address specific challenges.
  • Facilitate customer events to promote community engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify client needs and envision how our product can integrate into their processes and existing IT systems.
  • Advocate for clients and resolve issues with the support of the Gilytics product development team.
  • Bridge communication between the Sales Team, clients, and the Gilytics product development team.
  • Ensure clients remain engaged and actively utilize Gilytics products.

Contribute as a Team Member

  • Manage and prioritize customer requests in collaboration with the Gilytics product development team.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit by taking initiative within the team and with clients, proposing new strategies and approaches.
  • Recognize and recommend opportunities for additional sales, including upselling licenses to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
  • Enhance the customer support process for efficient handling of inquiries and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Assist in defining, building, and measuring customer success metrics.
  • Support the Marketing and Sales Team to ensure timely and efficient product-related customer communication.
  • Travel as necessary to collaborate with the team.
Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Master's degree in geoinformatics, environmental engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in land management and spatial and environmental planning of energy infrastructure using GIS.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in international B2B customer relationship management and/or product management.
  • Extensive experience in project management, requirements analysis, business process mapping, and conceptual system design.
  • Cultural awareness and experience working in diverse, cross-cultural environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Motivated to learn new technologies and work within the energy sector.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Fluency in German (native proficiency) and English (proficient); additional languages are a plus.
