Your Mission

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our electric microliner project. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales process, managing acquisitions, drafting contracts, and negotiating with customers to facilitate deal closures.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with our VP of Commercial to identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships.
  • Represent the company externally, advocating for our customers' needs and interests.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to our technical sales managers, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to improve our products and services.
Your Profile
  • A strong educational background in a relevant field, such as aerospace engineering or business.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in sales and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
