About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Student Hub team as a Student Hub Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to students, helping them navigate their academic journey and overcome challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to students, responding to a wide range of enquiries and concerns
  • Organize student events and activities to promote engagement and a sense of community
  • Identify students at risk of dropping out and offer targeted support to help them succeed
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement support services
  • Stay up-to-date with campus resources and services to ensure students receive the best possible support
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in German and English
  • 1-3 years of experience in student services or a related field
