Customer Service Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at CHECK24. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including management and the tax expert team, to ensure that customer service is aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a customer service or similar role.
- Customer Service Experience: Significant experience in customer service, preferably in the internet, finance, or tax sectors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in German.
- Education: Completed degree or commercial training, ideally in the fields of tax, banking, financial services, or ecommerce.
