Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:
