We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Develop the Sales Team: Foster a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, expand market share, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Sales Processes: Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Conduct Regular Meetings: Hold regular meetings with the sales team to discuss progress, address challenges, and set goals.
  • Prepare Forecasts and Reports: Analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and provide regular reports to stakeholders on sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a deep understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Previous Sales Management Experience: Experience in managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent German Language Skills: Fluency in German is essential for effective communication with the team, customers, and stakeholders.
