Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 8-12 Sales Agents to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow sales revenue and expand market share
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve company objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Digital proficiency, with experience using sales software and tools
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
  • Excellent German language skills
