About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at LenioBio GmbH. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing and developing key strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional service and solutions delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage, nurture, and expand relationships with key strategic accounts.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and solutions within existing accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze account performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years' industry experience in Biotechnology or life science.
  • A strong customer focus, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A solid understanding of how to drive profitable business by determining the market value of the solutions offered to the customer.
