We are seeking a skilled Culinary Business Development Specialist to join our team at The KMR Brands OÜ.

About the Role

This contract position involves developing comprehensive business plans for gastronomy franchise ventures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting market research and industry analysis, creating detailed financial projections, and crafting compelling narratives to showcase the unique value proposition of each franchise concept.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research within the gastronomy sector to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of gastronomy trends, consumer preferences, and industry dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to gather relevant information and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely through written and verbal reports.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business plan writing, preferably in the gastronomy industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of gastronomy trends and consumer behavior.
