Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers within senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans and forecasts, addressing new customers acquisition and existing customers growth.
- Drive sales cycles, including prospecting activity, opportunity qualification, developing and piloting, negotiating and closing sales, driving upsells and cross-sells.
- Deliver appropriate presentations on products/services, conducting meetings with clients and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of business-to-business selling experience in SaaS or software industries.
- Experience in prospecting, qualifying, cold-calling companies, as well as building high-level business relationships from scratch to closing deals.
- Ability to listen to customer needs and provide value propositions.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- High self-motivation, proactive, and ambitious approach in achieving goals.
- Strategic and creative approach to achieve professional efficiency in conditions of uncertainty and startup environment with frequent changes.
- Hunger for learning and active search for opportunities to contribute.
- Native German and advanced English languages.
