Technical IT Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical IT Support Professional to join our team in Bonn, Germany or Ljubljana, Slovenia. This role will involve providing exceptional technical support to our employees and contributing to the standardization and ongoing improvements of IT Support processes and service quality.

Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over a diverse range of software and hardware issues.
- Delve into setting up and maintaining audio and video equipment.
- Participate in testing and integrating new technologies into our existing IT infrastructure.
- Analyze support requests to uncover underlying issues and trends.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical help desk or support role, specialized knowledge of IT and Apple technologies, particularly in managing a fleet of Mac and iPhone devices using asset management systems and administering those devices remotely.
In addition, the following skills and qualifications are required:
- Experience with ticketing/service desk applications (e.g. Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical content clearly.
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt swiftly to constantly changing environments.
This full-time position comes with an estimated salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
