Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Gelato Server and Shift Leader to join our team at The Gelato Fiasco, Inc. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing front-of-house operations, and contributing to the success of our gelato shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Manage gelato displays, scoop dishes, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional manner
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
