The Gelato Fiasco, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gelato Server + Shift Leader to join our team at our Old Port location in Portland, Maine.

As a Gelato Server + Shift Leader, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers and providing them with a memorable experience. You'll have the opportunity to share your knowledge of our artisanal gelato flavors, guide customers through their selections, and ensure they leave with a smile.

• Offer gelato samples and provide recommendations to customers
• Scoop gelato into cones, dishes, and pints with precision and care
• Set up and take down gelato displays, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations at every interaction
• Communicate effectively with the general manager and assist in training new team members

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about gelato, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
• A genuine desire to learn and grow within our company
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
