About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gelato Server and Shift Leader. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing our gelato displays, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile
- Manage gelato displays, including setting up and taking down displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and challenges
