Are you passionate about gelato or coffee? Do you possess a friendly demeanor and enjoy engaging with customers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for dedicated service team members to provide gelato tastings and recommendations, serve gelato in various formats, set up and dismantle gelato displays, maintain cleanliness, and most importantly, create delightful experiences for our customers.
This role involves not only serving gelato but also collaborating with the general manager and committing to busy weekend shifts. Our peak hours are during evenings and weekends, so most of your work schedule will align with these times. However, we are open to accommodating full-time or part-time preferences and other scheduling needs for the right candidate. If you have concerns about balancing this role with other commitments, we encourage you to reach out for a discussion.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. A strong desire to excel in a fast-paced environment and a keen focus on customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
- Maintain kindness and professionalism at all times.

- Must possess warm, friendly, and confident communication skills.
