Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager, Hematology will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the region. This role will require a strong understanding of the hematology market and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and training to sales teams to improve sales performance
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the hematology market and industry trends
  • Proven sales and leadership experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
