The Area Sales Manager is accountable for driving optimal revenue growth within the region, serving as an empathetic leader and a strong sales coach. This role requires agility in adapting to the ever-evolving demands of the field. The Area Sales Manager reports directly to the Sales Director.

- Degree in a scientific discipline and/or certified training as a pharmaceutical representative
- Experience with existing customers and relevant indications
- Proven leadership and coaching experience
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with standard MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license
