The Area Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the revenue growth of the region. This position reports directly to the Sales Director.

    • Work closely with marketing, medical, field access, strategy & operations, and other key internal stakeholders, as well as external partners.
    • Attract top talent from both internal and external sources.
  • Business unit-specific responsibilities:
    • Assume overall regional responsibility for the Hematology/Oncology portfolio, including omnichannel implementation and account management, with support from the Customer Engagement and Operations Excellence Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in a scientific discipline and/or certification as a pharmaceutical representative in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Proven experience with clients and in relevant indications.
  • Experience in leadership and coaching.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with standard MS Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel.
