Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to lead our efforts in the DACH market. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market reach, and streamlining our sales operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new leads and managing the sales process from initiation to closure in close collaboration with Tech founders.
  • Ensuring the achievement of set revenue targets.
  • Developing and refining a repeatable, scalable sales process to drive revenue growth.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and understanding client market needs.
  • Acting as a market expert, advising the founders on relevant developments and serving as a strategic partner.
  • Implementing best practices in sales methods.
  • Collaborating closely with the delivery team to develop customized, feasible offering that meet client's needs.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in the DACH market. Key requirements include:

  • 7+ Years of Experience in SME Sales: Demonstrated success in sales within small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
  • Expertise in Selling Software Development Solutions: In-depth understanding of software development products and services, with a proven track record of success.
  • Pragmatic and Driven Seller: A results-oriented professional who thrives on challenges and enjoys building and scaling new initiatives.
  • Solution-Oriented Seller: Deeply understands the pain points and needs of clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • High Level of Ownership: Takes full responsibility for projects and client success.
  • Willingness to travel: Openness to run meetings and workshops for the clients in their offices or visiting LLI's HQ in Poland for trainings and aligments.
  • Proficiency in German at a native or near-native level (C2 level)
  • Leadership Experience (Preferred): Leadership skills are not mandatory but are considered a valuable asset.
  • Sector Experience (Preferred): Experience in healthcare, banking, or ESG sectors is a plus.
