Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive DACH. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving substantial revenue growth, broadening our market reach in DACH, and streamlining our sales operations.
Your primary objectives will be to:
- Generate new leads and manage the sales process from initiation to closure in close collaboration with Tech founders.
- Ensure the achievement of set revenue targets.
- Develop and refine a repeatable, scalable sales process to drive revenue growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and understand client market needs.
- Act as a market expert, advising the founders on relevant developments and serving as a strategic partner.
- Implement best practices in sales methods.
- Collaborate closely with the delivery team to develop customized, feasible offering that meet client's needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ Years of Experience in SME Sales: Demonstrated success in sales within small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Expertise in Selling Software Development Solutions: In-depth understanding of software development products and services, with a proven track record of success.
- Pragmatic and Driven Seller: A results-oriented professional who thrives on challenges and enjoys building and scaling new initiatives.
- Solution-Oriented Seller: Deeply understands the pain points and needs of clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- High Level of Ownership: Takes full responsibility for projects and client success.
- Willingness to travel: Openness to run meetings and workshops for the clients in their offices or visiting our headquarters in Poland for trainings and alignments.
- Proficiency in German at a native or near-native level (C2 level)
- Leadership Experience (Preferred): Leadership skills are not mandatory but are considered a valuable asset.
- Sector Experience (Preferred): Experience in healthcare, banking, or ESG sectors is a plus.
