About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth through innovative strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including team leaders in SecOps, DevOps, engineering, and IT
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales efforts
  • Collaborate with our product team to ensure a seamless flow of customer feedback and drive product improvement
  • Develop and improve sales processes, infrastructure, and collateral to drive sales efficiency
Requirements
  • 5+ years of account executive experience at a software company
  • Enterprise experience: Proven track record of closing deals in excess of €30,000
  • Tech ICPs: Experience selling tech products to SecOps or IT Ops ICPs
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Ability to spot opportunities for growth and execute plans independently
  • Hunter mindset: Proven track record in outbound sales
  • Market: Experience selling in the EMEA market
  • Bonus point: Experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies, and/or startups at Series A/B stage
  • Language: English fluent (no German required, but additional languages are a plus)
  • Location: Based in Europe or willing to relocate to Germany
