About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our wholesale channel sales efforts and drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the wholesale channel to achieve market share and sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to expand our presence in the German and French wholesale markets.
  • Provide valuable market feedback to inform product updates and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the Vape industry.
  • Strong network of local wholesalers and distributors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
