**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Developer to join our team at Flowserve. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and cultivating new customer opportunities in Germany, Central and Eastern Europe.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including OEM factories, Sales Offices, and EPCs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to target accounts and adapt to changing business conditions
  • Develop and execute innovative territory marketing plans to exceed team goals
  • Provide high-level troubleshooting and manage any T&Cs issues, including late payment collection
  • Provide quality and timely monthly reports
  • Gather market price and competitor positioning data to inform strategic planning

**Requirements**

  • BSME or equivalent technical degree, plus sales and marketing experience or equivalent industry background with a proven track record of success
  • Prior exposure to seals, rotating equipment, and related systems is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High proficiency in both English and German (85%-90%)
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
