**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Developer to join our team at Flowserve. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and cultivating new customer opportunities in Germany, Central and Eastern Europe.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including OEM factories, Sales Offices, and EPCs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to target accounts and adapt to changing business conditions
- Develop and execute innovative territory marketing plans to exceed team goals
- Provide high-level troubleshooting and manage any T&Cs issues, including late payment collection
- Provide quality and timely monthly reports
- Gather market price and competitor positioning data to inform strategic planning
**Requirements**
- BSME or equivalent technical degree, plus sales and marketing experience or equivalent industry background with a proven track record of success
- Prior exposure to seals, rotating equipment, and related systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High proficiency in both English and German (85%-90%)
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
