About the Role

CASO Design GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Export Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our export business, as well as developing and maintaining international customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop export business in various countries, including market research, sales strategy, and customer relationship building.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase export revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless execution of export operations.
  • Manage and resolve export-related issues, including customs clearance, documentation, and compliance.
  • Participate in international trade shows and events to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers.
Requirements
  • Business Acumen: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a strong understanding of international trade and commerce.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
  • International Experience: Previous experience in international trade, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of success.
