About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Client Travel team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in German and B2 English level.
