Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Stott and May. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the FinTech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunting for New Opportunities: Utilize your skills in cold calling and prospecting to identify potential clients and initiate conversations.
  • Needs Assessment and Product Suggestion: Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospects to understand their requirements and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Building Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Meeting and Call Coordination: Arrange meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales executives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FinTech industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven creative problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering on targets.
  • Language Skills: Native German language proficiency.
