Job Title: German Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled German Sales Manager to join our team at dentsu. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales projects and realizing sales goals in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales projects and realize sales goals in the German market
  • Take responsibility for the entire sales process from lead generation to contract conclusion
  • Advise and conduct negotiations with customers
  • Create customer offers and management presentations
  • Implement monitoring and success control according to defined KPIs

Requirements:

  • Completed studies with a focus on marketing, business administration, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience and at least two to three years of sound experience in selling complex consulting and/or software solutions
  • Networker with a convincing and personable demeanor when dealing with customers
  • Demonstrable success in the implementation of complex sales projects, negotiation, and high degree orientation
  • Proficient in German and English
