About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for regional sales management and marketing, directly reporting to the team leader and head of sales.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for business related to suspension products, with a focus on customers such as Mercedes Benz and Stellantis. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cost review and analysis, quotation for new programs or change management
  • Commercial negotiation
  • Working with customers on specific processes and tools
  • Collaboration with teams in Korea and Europe
  • Aquisition of new programs to increase product portfolio
  • Building a trustful and long-term relationship with customers
  • Supporting the definition of short and long-term goals for the account
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, international sales/management, engineering or a similar discipline
  • Work experience as a sales manager in the automotive industry or equivalent careers
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Competency in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Basic technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
