Your Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in customer loyalty programs
- Collaborate with our sales team to design tailored solutions that meet the unique needs and challenges of our clients
- Contribute your creative insights and ideas to drive business growth and customer engagement
- Develop and present recommendations for action based on your research and analysis
- Participate in project presentations and workshops to showcase your work and share your expertise
- Currently studying economics, aviation management, tourism, or a related field
- Passionate about innovations and digital trends in CRM and loyalty programs
- Practical experience and ability to work independently and autonomously
- Strong conceptual thinking, analytical skills, and a willingness to challenge the status quo
- Proficient in Microsoft Office365 and comfortable communicating and documenting in English
- A dynamic and supportive team environment with a hands-on mentality
- A range of flexible time models to suit your needs, from 32 to 80 hours per month
