Sales Manager Germany Carrier Networks

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Germany, focusing on Carrier Networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales with direct accounts and channel partners to increase Corning's passive optical footprint in Germany.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual revenue targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, provide forecast data, and other reports.
  • Provide market intelligence and "voice of customer" input to other functional departments.
  • Support regional marketing and market-communication events.
  • Ensure adherence to Corning's business processes and policies.

Requirements:

  • Team player spirit with high level of integrity.
  • Hunting attitude, proven sales capabilities.
  • Good presentation, communication, management, and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship-oriented and result-driven.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Technical background, telecommunication background an advantage.
  • Solid technical and business acumen.
  • Ability to interface with C-Level executives, management, and technical decision-makers.
  • Native German speaker, fluent in English, other languages an advantage.
  • Ability to travel nationally/internationally (up to 40%).
  • Strong ability to work independently and deliver outputs without close supervision.
