About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in running and shaping our channel partnership programs, supporting the company's fast growth and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing and discover new channel partnerships, with the goal of increasing revenue opportunities in the region through lead generation, brand awareness, and advocacy.
  • Identify, prioritize, and reach out to relevant partners in the region.
  • Engage with partners, convey the value of Hibob, and onboard them to the program.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with partners to drive lead generation activities and orchestrate the relationship between the partner and relevant positions in the GTM organization (Sales, Marketing).
  • Collaborate with regional marketing managers on marketing assets and activities relevant to partners in the region.
  • Enable local partners on our solution, including collaborating with Hibob's enablement team to build relevant materials.
  • Create presentations to communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders, gain organizational buy-in, and drive forward execution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in managing and exploring channel sales/tech partner programs in SaaS companies.
  • Ability to speak both German and English fluently is essential.
  • Knowledge of partner referral programs.
  • Experience in HR tech-related fields is a huge plus.
  • Capable of independently leading external partner conversations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes less structured, and entrepreneurial environment.
