About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Partner Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing and discovering new channel partnerships, with the goal of increasing revenue opportunities in the region through lead generation, brand awareness, and advocacy.

  • Identify and prioritize relevant partners in the region, engaging with them to convey the value of Hibob Inc. and onboard them to the program.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with partners to drive lead generation activities and orchestrate the relationship between the partner and relevant positions in the GTM organization (Sales, Marketing).
  • Collaborate with the regional marketing manager on marketing assets and activities relevant to the partners in the region.
  • Enable local partners on our solution, including collaborating with Hibob Inc.'s enablement team to build relevant materials.
  • Create presentations to communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders, gain organizational buy-in, and drive forward execution.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and exploring channel sales/tech partner programs in SaaS companies.
  • Ability to speak both German and English fluently is essential.
  • Knowledge of partner referral programs.
  • Experience in HR tech-related fields is a significant plus.
  • Capable of independently leading external partner conversations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes less structured, and entrepreneurial environment.
