Sales Manager for Systems and Integrations

The Systems and Integrations Sales Manager will be responsible for developing business relationships and networks for the Systems and Integrations market in EMEA. This role will work closely with the Evident global sales team to deploy the Evident marketing plan and provide guidance to local sales teams and distributors to achieve maximum growth while maintaining profitability in line with company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Frequently visit existing and potential customers to promote Evident leading technologies in the EMEA market.
- Make accurate sales forecasts and report consistently on a monthly basis to headquarters.
- Coordinate local sales activities for Systems and Integrations opportunities in collaboration with the Evident global sales team.
- Support and guide distributors to provide adequate inspection solutions to end-user requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Collect marketing information to build a SWOT analysis of the EMEA market.
- Develop the Integrators sales network further in EMEA for the sale of integrated instrumentations and manage the large systems distribution channel.
- Investigate NDT needs in targeted industries of the Evident strategic plan.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize.
- Good English communication is required.
- Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements in at least one of the following industries: steel manufacturing, transport, aerospace, oil and gas, and power generation.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and self-motivation is a must.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
