German-Speaking Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our expanding customer success team in the DACH region, specifically targeting German-speaking clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth within their portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with hoteliers to highlight the advantages of our solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of our product range and competitive landscape.
- Proactively connect with hoteliers to comprehend their business objectives and challenges.
- Act as the main point of contact, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Perform regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and progress.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience based on feedback and usage data.
- Provide training and resources to empower hoteliers in utilizing our products effectively.
- Recognize potential upsell opportunities by understanding evolving customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create customized proposals for expanding product usage.
- Develop strategies to address customer concerns and minimize churn risks.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Background in hotel sales or SaaS is advantageous.
- Demonstrates patience and empathy while confidently leading conversations.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment with strong prioritization skills.
