Customer Success Manager: German Speaking

About the Role:

We're looking for a customer-centric professional to join our expanding customer success team in Germany. As a German-speaking consultant, you'll be responsible for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Engaging directly with hoteliers to advise them on the benefits of RoomRaccoon.
  2. Delivering demos to interested hoteliers, showcasing the scope of RaccoonPay and its added value.
  3. Developing a deep understanding of our product suite and competitor pricing and offerings.
  4. Proactively interacting with hoteliers to understand their business goals, challenges, and objectives.
  5. Serving as the primary point of contact, building strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Conducting regular check-ins and status reviews with customers to monitor their progress and satisfaction levels.
  7. Identifying opportunities to optimize and enhance hoteliers' experiences based on their feedback and usage patterns.
  8. Providing training and educational resources to empower hoteliers to make the most of our products.
  9. Identifying potential upsell opportunities by understanding customers' evolving needs and business objectives.
  10. Collaborating with sales teams to develop tailored proposals and strategies for expanding customers' product/service usage.
  11. Developing and executing strategies to proactively address customer concerns and mitigate potential churn risks.

About You:

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Hotel sales and/or SaaS background is advantageous.
  • Patient and empathetic towards customers, with the ability to lead conversations and handle emotions.
  • Motivated to work in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, requiring strong prioritization abilities.
  • Drive to revolutionize hoteliers worldwide.
  • Self-motivated and able to deliver under pressure.
